  1. Caution! I advise you to perform this exercise only with slow movements and to avoid any jerking motions. The neck area is delicate.
    The neck and the nape form a single unit. If you wish to increase the mobility of your neck, it is absolutely essential to also train the nape and the transition zone between the nape and the neck.
