You don’t need to be perfect — even if you can’t do 100 repetitions, start with whatever number is comfortable for you and gradually increase. Consistency matters more than the count.

Jai Gurudev…..do we have to do it 100 counts at a time or can be divided into 50-50 twice a day or with a small break …. having frozen shoulder and doing it at a stretch 100 is very difficult
