Omg that was fantastic, I did each pose longer than u did but i coukd hear and feel all the cracking and such… I get really bad sciatica on BOTH sides, lately the left been bothering butt anf the right veen shooting down my leg … I had an issue with bridge, last like 4 months or so, idek, ive been getting horribke cramps in the back of my legs, it started out in the lower and now its just the entire leg, i can't even sleep at night anynore i wake up with my leg in serious pain or my foot stuck in certain position and no matter what I eat or how much i stretch, nothing has helped… But atlst my back feels better !!! I always, ALWAYS come to you when i have pain and i even refer u to alll my friends n family if they say they have issues !!! And ur voice is always so happy and upbeat and reminding me to smile really really helps me and my day !!! I appreciate all u do and thabk you so much for all ur help and all ur work tgat goes into these videos I just love it !!! 🎉❤🎉❤😊😊

  2. This was so nice! My back feels so happy. Thank you for mentioning how the hips and lower back can “take over” for each other – that’s definitely something I noticed after I hurt my lower back from dancing with poor technique a few years ago. Your videos have really helped me keep dancing so thank you!!!
