Thanks Adriene. I do a lot of weight lifting and martial arts. After each practice or difficult lift, I go into prayer position. Lately however, Ive been doing it out of habit rather than intention. Thank you for reminding me why I pray. I pray out of gratitude for my body, struggle, and determination.

Anchor, February 8, 2026, month 2. I did this yoga practice before. Possibly two or three years ago, but don't remember the series. Today's flow was just chill enough for a Sunday, but with enough movement and heat to feel the effects in my body. Getting better about holding down dog longer, even with Achilles pain. For the pain, I modify. But the burn in the arms, still burns. I suppose it's my body's way of letting me know it still works. ☺💙✨

ANCHOR, day 8. February 2026. Wow! That was awesome! Thank you Adriene, this was such a good cleansing, & rejuvenating yoga practice. It was much needed, as I get ready to start another week. ❤ It's been hard lately, I've been in even more pain with the Fibromyalgia, ( I didn't even though that was possible, considering how much agony I'm normally in with it) But it's definitely got worse. The trouble is, Doctors more often than not just don't want to listen. Here in the UK our health service is really struggling. And I feel that the Doctors just don't think we're sick enough to treat, compared to other illness. But their not the ones living with the pain, and other grueling symptoms, that disrupt our lives. If they lived with the levels of pain, that people with chronic illness do, they would soon change their minds on not helping. Long story short I have an appointment with my useless Doctor, for in a couple of weeks. Until then I'm just trying my best to muddle through, doing what I can. Your yoga practices help me massively. Thank you so much Adriene, 💓 you remind me I am strong, I am worthy and I will get through this. 🧡 Love to you & sweet Benji, from me and my dog, Rose. 🌹🐕🦺 See you on the mat again tomorrow!
