  1. Just one suggestion please— I’m also an asana practitioner , pls try not to to big rolls with the head moving in circles. It can cause nausea related symptoms.
    Yoga isn’t just only to focus on weight loss but EVEN if you do, remember one should come out of it feeling better not feeling dizzy or otherwise.
    Instead of focusing on those aspects keep the intention and of asana practice alive.
    Other than that, good variation.
