I almost tore both of my hip flexor ligaments almost 2 years ago on the left and a year ago on my right i ignored bith of them eothoit seeing a doctor after that ive developed a pretty bad anterior pelvic tilt and severe compression pain on my lower back im only 15 how do i fix, also if it helps what happened on my left side was i tried to kick a ball so hard but it was muddy and thr ball slipped and i kicked air, the second one i was running on an unstable surface and steppend on a wrong angle.

  2. Useful! As someone who's going throught tilt, i've noticed influencers always address the surface (tight this, weak that). They seldom address the root cause i e leading a VERY SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE and not exercising the core enough. And this doesn't happen overnight, it's an outcome of years and years of leading a couch potato lifestyle. These exercises are super handy but if you don't move enough (especially after 30) they won't help.

  3. I don’t have lower back pain but I have always been aware that my back arches back and holding a neutral position is hard for me. Ab exercises almost always make my back hurt because of this! I’m hoping this can help me start to correct my posture!

  5. I have struggled with this most of my life and after self diagnosing it as a flexibility issue I've started making progress in only about a week. Optimistic this will be a game changer 🙌
