The Vagus Nerve plays a major role in helping to keep us balanced and manage stress, tension, and anxiety. The Vagus Nerve Reset is designed to help you move from being stuck in stress, anxiety (flight or fight / sympathetic parasympathetic) and back into harmony and social engagement.

In this video I share a technique from Dr. Stephen Porges, as described in his book, “The Polyvagal Theory” as well as a proven and effective breathing exercise from yoga to help improve vagal tone. I’ll also share a few quick techniques you can use when your in a jam and only have a few seconds to reset.

  1. I can't believe after 6 months of holding on for dear life with so many symptoms which really caused me so much suffering, now gets relieved from stimulations like this. Thank you so much, I could not relax at all until now. Thank you, I could cry right now, I was beginning to lose hope. ❤

  2. I can feel the sensation after letting go so much more when I do it up a bit higher and more towards the center, it lasts longer, by far. Maybe that doesn’t matter or help more, but it’s a good feeling – it feels a bit cooler & on the verge of a tingle but not quite, but it feels like my fingers are still there.

  3. 1 second to see where we put the finger didnt help me.. youre lovely to look at but l would rather get a much longer look at the target area….keeping on searching..😮
